What We’re Looking For #1 Cochran has an immediate need for an experienced a wholesale Mechanical Parts Advisor at our Natrona Heights Wholesale Parts Hub. Responsibilities * Handle telephone parts orders called in by retail (mechanical) accounts * Promote additional parts sales by suggesting related items, seasonal lines, and/or parts specialists * Conduct regular telephone solicitation on assigned accounts * Inform customers when parts specially ordered for them are received * Determine correct parts numbers and “pick” parts for orders received * Arrange for delivery or shipment of parts as required * Prepare and cost out parts invoices * Help maintain parts stock in orderly condition * Assist with regular parts inventories and the selection of parts for return under parts obsolescence protection program * Assist in physical re-arrangement of layout * Attend group training sessions as required Work from Home Qualifications * 90-day onsite training in the warehouse * Maintain sales and phone call volume requirements * Weekly teams meetings with the Wholesale Parts Director Qualifications * High school diploma or the equivalent. * Tech savvy and comfortable with computers * Experience in wholesale parts sales desired with a business following in Pittsburgh needed * Ability to work well with the public, sometimes with several customers at a time We welcome all replies in strict confidence.
