Responsibilities * Assist warehouse team, and logistics team with brand specifics * Help verify lanes and assist with getting drivers on the road * Reconcile orders, and shipments daily * Placing stock and customers’ orders daily * Assist customers with orders, credits, and backorder parts * Handle telephone parts orders called in by wholesale accounts * Conduct regular telephone solicitation on assigned accounts * Inform customers when parts specially ordered for them are received * Help maintain parts stock in orderly condition * Assist with regular parts inventories and the selection of parts for return under parts obsolescence protection program * Assist in physical re-arrangement of layout of parts * other duties assigned by the Wholesale Parts Director Qualifications * High school diploma or the equivalent. * 2-3 years Parts Manager experience * Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information * Tech savvy and comfortable with computers * Three year of experience in an automotive parts department preferred * One year of sales experience ideal * Ability to work well with the public, sometimes with several customers at a time We welcome all replies in strict confidence.
